Belgrade - The first meeting of Croatian and Yugoslav businessmen was held on November 16 after ten years.

Reactions of Croatian officials ranged from approval to complete condemnation. The hosts in Belgrade, on the other side, spoke favorably about this meeting pointing out Yugoslavia's interest to cooperate with Croatia.

Croatian delegation consisted of 450 people. Numerous contracts have been signed and many of them are expected to be certified soon. Zagreb, however, does not share Belgrade's optimism that goods exchange could approach former figure of one bill Dollars in near future. The comment most reflecting the truth was that "Croatians have not come to Belgrade to help, but to earn".
