20:56 KOSOVO, Saturday - The Federal Minister of Religions was refused entry into Kosovo today while on his way to the saint’s day celebration at the Visoki Decani Monastery.

A spokesman for the Serb National Council of Kosovo said K-For had justified its refusal to let Bogoljub Sijakovic cross the border near Rozaje by saying that relations between Yugoslavia and UNMIK have not yet been officially established.

The spokesman called the explanation “unacceptable, for the Justice Ministry delegation has visited Pristina, and representatvies of the former regime often go to Kosovo without anyone raising this question.”
