12:27 VIENNA, Wednesday - Yugoslav Foreign Minister Goran Svilanovic warned of the danger from the radical groups in Kosovo and called for retaining the province within Yugoslav borders, Beta reports.

"Hundreds of armed Albanians have violated the five kilomtre-wide buffer zone at the administrative border of central Serbia with Kosovo. They have provoked violence," Svilanovic said in an interview to today's Vienna Die Presse.
