What is BLnet?
Balkan Local Communities NETWORKING is an Internet-based service aimed to enable exchange of experiences and establishment of cooperation between local communities in the Balkans.
In every part of the world, local communities are spots of intersection and sources of solutions to issues open in course of transitional processes. More often than not, the quest for optimal solutions takes valuable time, human and financial resources. Meanwhile, the very solutions are within reach, in some other local communities from the neighborhood that have faced the same challenge in their transitional development.
It is exactly our intention to encourage best practice and provide relevant information that can contribute to cooperation establishment in all relevant fields of local communities’ activities: SMEs, NGOs, educational, scientific and cultural institutions, local authorities, legal and business consultants, banks etc.
